Return and Exchange Policy

At MARVEL, we want you to love your purchase. If you have a fitting issue, you can request an exchange, but returns for refunds are not accepted.


Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.


Return Process (for Exchange)

Customers can request an exchange using one of the following methods:

1. Log in to your account on our website and initiate an exchange through your order history.

2. Use the “Returns” link located in the footer of our website.

3. Contact our customer care team via email or phone to raise an exchange request.


Return Shipping & Pickup

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days from the original delivery address.

Pickup address cannot be changed once the request is generated.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to arrange for return shipping at your own cost. We recommend using a trusted courier service and sharing tracking details with us via email.


Important Notes

Items must pass a quality check before exchanges are processed.

Once the original item is received and approved, the exchange product will be shipped in the requested size.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged.

Personalized/customized items are non-returnable unless defective.


Refund Policy

MARVEL does not offer refunds. Only exchanges are permitted for sizing issues.

 

No Refunds: All sales are final.

Exchanges Only: If an item does not fit, follow the Return Process for an exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is defective.
